This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking school known for its strong sense of community, inclusive ethos, and commitment to the performing arts. The successful candidate will play a key role in nurturing students’ creativity, confidence, and communication through engaging Drama lessons and extra-curricular opportunities.

  • Inspire students to explore performance, storytelling, and stagecraft with confidence

  • Prepare pupils for practical assessments, showcases, and school productions

  • Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom where creativity flourishes

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in the Expressive Arts faculty to develop resources and cross-curricular projects

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school through extra-curricular Drama clubs or performances

✔️ A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) specialising in Drama or Performing Arts
✔️ Confident teaching KS3–4 Drama, with a creative and engaging classroom style
✔️ Passionate about helping pupils build confidence, communication, and teamwork skills
