Drama Teacher – Exeter Area

Are you a passionate and creative Drama Teacher looking to inspire students through performance, expression, and storytelling? Teaching Personnel is seeking talented Drama specialists to work across Secondary schools in the Exeter Area, delivering engaging lessons that bring the arts to life.

The Role:

  • Teach Drama to KS3 and KS4 students across a range of school settings.

  • Develop and deliver imaginative, inclusive lessons that encourage creativity and confidence.

  • Prepare students for practical and written assessments, including GCSE-level performance work.

  • Contribute to school productions, enrichment activities, and performing arts events.

  • Maintain excellent behaviour management and create a positive, supportive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.

  • Specialism in Drama, Performing Arts, or related field.

  • Strong classroom presence and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.

  • Flexibility to work across different schools and adapt to new settings.

  • Enthusiasm for fostering creativity, collaboration, and self-expression.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
