Job Type: Flexible Supply – Full-time, Part-time, and Ad Hoc roles available

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Secondary School Drama Teachers to support our partner schools in Twickenham and the surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across a variety of school environments – ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to refine their classroom and performance-based teaching skills.
The Role:

Deliver engaging and creative Drama lessons at Key Stage 3 and 4

Inspire students through performance-based learning and dramatic techniques

Manage classroom behaviour and foster a collaborative, expressive learning environment

Adapt quickly to new school settings and connect effectively with pupils
-
Provide continuity of learning during the absence of the regular class teacher

✅ About You:
-
Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent UK teaching qualification

Confident teaching Drama across Key Stages 3 and 4

Strong communication and creative teaching skills

Flexible, dependable, and able to adapt to new school environments

Good classroom and behaviour management strategies
-
A passion for helping students explore self-expression and build confidence

Child workforce Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
