Design Technology Teacher

Are you a passionate Design Technology Teacher looking for an exciting new teaching role this September?

If so, Teaching Personnel are looking to appoint a Design Technology Teacher to fill an open vacancy in September, within our client's secondary school. The Design Technology Teacher role will involve teaching a range of topics such as; Architecture, electronics, engineering, food tech, graphics, product design, resistant materials, systems & controls and Textiles.

  • Design Technology Teacher, teaching the AQA Curriculum
  • Located in the heart of Warrington
  • Starting in the new academic year, September 2019
  • Pay in line with MPS/UPS (£23,720 - £39,406) with weekly pay

Due to an open vacancy at our client's secondary school in Warrington, we are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Design Technology Teacher. The Successful Design Technology Teacher will be working within a forward thinking and passionate design technology team, working to support every student to reach their academic targets.

The ideal Design Technology Teacher will have previous experience teaching Design to secondary school students; be able to commit to a full time teaching role; have a valid DBS certificate on the update service; have a good knowledge on the broad Design Technology syllabus; has a proven track record for producing above average GCSE grades; is willing to support the educational school trips organised within the Design department.
