A suited post for a creative teacher to join a thriving and well established secondary school from September 2021.

  • Design Technology Teacher - Full time 
  • Starting September 2021 - February 2022 initially
  • Teaching Design Technology across Key Stage 3 & Key Stage 4
  • Modern and excellent facilities in the department
  • Pay in line with MPS/UPS
  • Mixed 11-16 secondary school 
  • School located in Bolton, very accessible. Large on-site car park for drivers
  • Post open to Design Technology teachers of all levels (must hold QTS) 

The successful Design Technology teacher will join a fantastic, Ofsted commended secondary school which strives to delivers excellence through its high quality of teaching. There is a great sense of support and culture felt around this particular school, and as such, the incoming teacher will be very welcomed and supported in their new role.

There is no preference about the levels of experience, providing applicants are able to deliver a high calibre of technical and practical lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE). The ideal candidate for the post will have good classroom management and be able to successfully engage pupils, resulting in high attainment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
