Technology Teacher

Teaching Personnel is currently hiring a Technology Teacher to work within one of our partnership Secondary Schools in the Merthyr Tydfil area. This position is available on a full-time basis and is beginning in September and will run for the entirety of the academic year with the successful applicant will be teaching Design & Technology education to students in KS3 and KS4. Technology Teacher Requirements:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status. Accepting ECT/NQTs and FQTs
  • Have PGCE or equivalent
  • Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
  • Valid registration with the EWC
  • Two school-based references if applicable

The successful applicant will be taking on a full-time vacancy position for the full academic year up until July 2024. You will be expected to prepare, pre-plan and deliver fun and engaging lessons on Technology in line with the school curriculum for KS3 and KS4 students.
