Design & Technology Teacher (September to December)
Location: Accrington, Lancashire
Contract: Temporary (Autumn Term)
Start Date: September 2025
A well-regarded secondary school in Accrington is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Design and Technology Teacher to join their supportive team for a temporary cover from September to December 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity to teach in a forward-thinking and inclusive environment where creativity and innovation are highly valued. You will be working with motivated students who are keen to explore the practical and theoretical aspects of Design and Technology.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified teacher with experience in delivering KS3 and KS4 Design and Technology.
- Have a strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Be passionate about engaging students in practical learning.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Work collaboratively with staff to deliver a high-quality curriculum.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
