Teaching Personnel is working with a progressive and well-resourced secondary school in Brent to appoint a passionate and skilled Design & Technology Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage students in hands-on learning, develop their practical skills, and foster creativity through innovative DT projects.
This full-time role involves teaching Design & Technology across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to contribute to GCSE coursework, practical projects, and product design assessments.

The Role:

Deliver engaging DT lessons covering areas such as product design, resistant materials, CAD/CAM, and workshop skills

Prepare students for practical assessments, projects, and GCSE coursework

Promote creativity, innovation, and problem-solving within a practical learning environment
About You:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in DT, Product Design, Engineering, or similar
-
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for DT and GCSE specifications

Confident delivering both theoretical and practical elements safely and effectively

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
