Location: Emsworth, Hampshire

Contract: Temporary until July 2024

Hours: Part time with flexibility

Salary: MPR/UPR

Start: 30th October 2023

Teaching Personnel work in partnership with a successful, 11-16, mixed comprehensive trust school in Emsworth, on the border of Hampshire and West Sussex.  The school were recently graded ‘GOOD’ in all areas during Ofsted’s visit and is a favoured school amongst our educators.  The school is easily accessible by car or public transport, and is just a few minutes’ walk away from Southbourne train station.

The school are seeking a teacher of Design and Technology, or a general cover teacher who would be happy to cover Design & Technology.  The appointed educator would be required from Monday 30th October 2023, until Christmas initially, but is likely to be needed until July 2024.  The successful teacher will be teaching/covering across KS3 and KS4.

The role would ideally be part time, over a 5-day period, however the school can be flexible and timetable adjustments can be made if the appointed educator is limited with availability.  For a subject specialist teacher, the role would require full teaching responsibilities, including planning and marking, however if a non-specialist is appointed, it would be to cover only.

If you are an ECT or more experienced teacher of Design & Technology, or a FQT who would consider covering the subject, please apply now with your CV.
