Teaching Personnel are working with a mixed secondary school in Fareham, seeing a teacher of Dance for January 2026!
The school: The school is well-regarded for its inclusive ethos and commitment to ensuring that every pupil feels valued, safe, and supported. Leaders are ambitious for all learners, encouraging them to achieve highly while also preparing them with the skills needed for life beyond school.
The school offers a broad and balanced curriculum, complemented by enrichment opportunities such as sports, arts, and community activities. Pupils benefit from a thoughtful programme that includes practical life skills and strong guidance around future education and careers.
In its most recent Ofsted inspection, the school was graded ‘Good’ across all areas, with inspectors praising the calm and purposeful atmosphere, exemplary behaviour, and the positive relationships between staff and pupils. Diversity is encouraged, pupils feel listened to, and they enjoy a wide range of extracurricular opportunities.
The role: We are currently seeking a qualified Teacher of Dance to join the school from January 2026 on a maternity cover contract, required until at least July 2026 but likely up to one year. If you are an ECT or more experienced teacher of Dance, we would love to hear from you.
