Flexible Supply Teaching work Kirklees

Throughout my secondary school clients in the Dewsbury and Batley area I have a big demand for flexible qualified teachers on a day by day basis. If you are a qualified teacher and looking for a role that provides a more stress-free work life balance, this is the perfect role for you. I receive a lot of calls on a morning from Dewsbury and Batley secondary schools on a morning for cover work but I also receive a lot of pre-booked work for weeks at a time which allows you to arrange childcare if needs be for example.

To be considered for the role of a supply teacher with Teaching Personnel you will need the following:

  • UK qualified teaching status
  • Understanding of how UK secondary schools work
  • The ability to deliver pre-planned work
  • Have the flexibility to work across a range of subjects
  • Be able to manage challenging behaviour effectively
  • Child workforce enhanced DBS (on the update service) or be willing to apply for one through Teaching Personnel
