The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher

Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a calm, focused learning environment

Support students to stay on task and engaged with their work

Gain hands-on experience working with Key Stages 3–5

Work across a variety of schools, building confidence and experience quickly
No planning or marking is required – lessons are already prepared for you.

Who We’re Looking For

Confident individuals who can engage and manage secondary-aged students

Previous classroom experience is desirable but not essential – full guidance and training are provided.
