Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools (Northamptonshire)
Locations: Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, Rushden, Raunds & Northampton
Pay: £100 – £150+ per day
Contract: Flexible, Monday to Friday
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Start Date: Immediate
Teaching Personnel is currently seeking reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools throughout Northamptonshire.
This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, degree-qualified individuals, or experienced school staff who are looking for flexible and rewarding work within education.
The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing classes in the absence of the regular teacher
• Delivering prepared lesson materials and instructions
• Maintaining positive behaviour and a productive classroom environment
• Providing support to pupils with their learning where required
The Ideal Candidate:
• Educated to degree level (all subject backgrounds welcome)
• Confident and comfortable leading a classroom
• Professional, dependable, and adaptable
• Enthusiastic about working with young people
• Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
