Teaching Personnel are working with a number of secondary schools across South Lincolnshire who require qualified Teaching Assistants to work with pupils on a one to one basis and in a general class teaching assistant role. We have a number of opportunities to work in short term, long term and permanent positions in a variety of schools and academies.

Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic teaching assistants who are keen to support pupils’ learning through providing small group intervention and behaviour support. We ask that you have experience working with children or young people in either a school setting or voluntary setting and are keen to be flexible.

In return, Teaching Personnel can offer excellent service from your own personal recruitment consultant who has in depth knowledge of the schools in your area and will spend time getting to know your strengths to effectively match you to your ideal position. Furthermore, we run CPD courses including Team Teach and Autism Awareness, to further your qualifications and knowledge whilst you are working.
