Teaching Personnel is recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across South Manchester, including Didsbury, Chorlton, Withington, Fallowfield, Burnage, Stockport and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior experience as a cover supervisor, who enjoys working with young people and wants flexible day to day work.

What Does a Cover Supervisor Do?

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain on task
• Support learning and maintain a positive classroom environment
• Adapt confidently to different school settings and routines

Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for individuals who:

• Have previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor in secondary schools
• Are confident managing whole-class behaviour independently
• Are professional, reliable and adaptable
• Can quickly engage students and establish authority in the classroom
• Want flexible work that fits around other commitments
• Available to start ASAP
