SEN Cover Supervisor – Thrapston
Support. Motivate. Inspire.
We are looking for a dedicated SEN Cover Supervisor to join a specialist Secondary SEN & Alternative Provision setting in Thrapston on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis.
You will support students across KS3 & KS4 with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural needs, helping to create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment.
Role Details
- Location: Thrapston
- Contract: Full-time, Temp to Perm
- Start Date: Immediate
- Pay: £100 – £130 per day DOE
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise classes and deliver pre-set lessons
- Support students with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural needs
- Promote positive behaviour and classroom engagement
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams
Requirements
- Experience within SEN, SEMH, or Alternative Provision preferred
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Patient, adaptable, and confident approach
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
