SEN Cover Supervisor – Thrapston

We are looking for a dedicated SEN Cover Supervisor to join a specialist Secondary SEN & Alternative Provision setting in Thrapston on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis.

You will support students across KS3 & KS4 with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural needs, helping to create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment.

Role Details

Location: Thrapston
Contract: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Start Date: Immediate
Pay: £100 – £130 per day DOE

Key Responsibilities

Supervise classes and deliver pre-set lessons
Support students with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural needs
Promote positive behaviour and classroom engagement
Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams

Requirements

Experience within SEN, SEMH, or Alternative Provision preferred
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Patient, adaptable, and confident approach
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
