Cover Supervisors Needed – Staffordshire Secondary Schools 

Location - Penkridge (ST19)

Salary - £92.63 - £120.00 per day (depending on experience)

Start Date - September 2026

Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Tutor, Youth Worker, or someone with strong classroom experience looking for your next opportunity?

We are working with a number of secondary schools across Staffordshire who are seeking reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to support pupils during teacher absence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively
  • Supporting students with their learning and progress
  • Ensuring a positive and productive classroom environment
  • Providing feedback to teaching staff where required

We are interested in candidates with experience in:
✅ Cover Supervision
✅ Teaching Assistance
✅ Youth Work
✅ Tutoring
✅ Sports Coaching
✅ Childcare or mentoring roles

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
