The Role
In this role, you’ll oversee classes of 11-16 year old students during teacher absences, helping to keep learning on track! You will deliver pre‑prepared lesson materials, uphold positive behaviour in accordance with school expectations, and create an engaging, purposeful classroom atmosphere. You may provide additional support to students with special educational needs when required.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience supporting students in a secondary school environment
- Confident, adaptable, and able to manage a classroom effectively
- Strong communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with students
- Genuine passion for helping and encouraging young people
- Flexible and willing to deliver a range of subjects as required
