A community secondary school located in Farnborough, with an overall Ofsted rating of “Good” and a dynamic learning community with strong partnerships among staff and students is seeking a passionate Cover Supervisor to join their team!
This opportunity is ideal for educator’s who want to gain valuable classroom experience or are considering a future in teaching!
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, and maintain a focused and effective learning environment to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. The role may include providing additional support to students with special educational / additional needs.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with secondary aged students
- Confident and adaptable in a classroom setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students
- Genuine enthusiasm for teaching and supporting young people!
Working Hours / Benefits
