Key Responsibilities:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with children facing various learning challenges, providing one-on-one support and assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with teachers and educational professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
- Tailoring learning activities to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Providing emotional and behavioural support to children facing complex challenges.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of behavioural intervention strategies.
- Monitoring and recording progress, communicating effectively with parents and guardians.
Qualifications:
Passion for working with children and a genuine interest in their well-being.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to the diverse needs of children with various learning challenges.
Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
