Key Responsibilities:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with children facing various learning challenges, providing one-on-one support and assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Collaborating with teachers and educational professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
2. Tailoring learning activities to meet the unique needs of each child.
3. Providing emotional and behavioural support to children facing complex challenges.
4. Assisting in the development and implementation of behavioural intervention strategies.
5. Monitoring and recording progress, communicating effectively with parents and guardians.

Passion for working with children and a genuine interest in their well-being.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt to the diverse needs of children with various learning challenges.
