The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising classes of students aged 11-16 years old during teacher absences
• Ensuring learning continues productively
• Delivering pre-planned lessons
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Maintaining a focused and effective learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with secondary aged students (qualifications not needed!)
• Confident and adaptable in a classroom setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students
• Genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people
