Cover Supervisor- Flexible Hours- B92- Secondary School

Location: Solihull, B92

Secondary School based

Hours: Flexible

Rate of Pay: £100-125 (per day, dependent upon experience)

 

Ideal Person Specification

- Previous experience as a cover supervisor or within a similar education/childcare based role

- Genuine passion for education and an understanding of expectations within a school

- Strong classroom presence and excellent behaviour management skills

- Command a classroom and ensure students are all on task

- Able  to support students of all abilities and can communicate effectively and actively support children with special educational needs

 

 

You will be expected to:

- Deliver pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher

- Manage classroom behaviour effectively

- Follow schools policies and procedures at all times

- Ensure all work is completed to a high ability

- Set high expectations within the class and ensure children are provided with some continuity of learning whilst their teacher is absent

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
