Whether you're a recent graduate, exploring a career change, or curious about teaching, we’ll train you to become a confident Cover Supervisor.
You’ll receive structured guidance, practical support, and access to training that helps you quickly feel comfortable leading a classroom — even if this is your first time in a school.
This role gives you real classroom leadership experience across Primary, Secondary, and SEN settings, helping you build a strong CV and a solid pathway into education or teacher training.

The Schools You’ll Support

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading classes when teachers are absent
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons with confidence
- Keeping students engaged and on task
- Managing behaviour using school systems
- Supporting learning through clear instructions
- Adapting to different subjects and age groups
- Providing brief handover notes for teaching staff
