Job description

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to provide supply cover across secondary schools in and around the Portsmouth area, with opportunities to work in schools local to the successful applicant.

This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible work, those looking to gain hands-on classroom experience, or anyone considering a future career in education. Previous experience working with secondary-aged students is desirable but not essential. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in supporting young people are key to succeeding in this role.

You will benefit from working with a range of welcoming and supportive schools, alongside ongoing guidance and support from Teaching Personnel’s dedicated recruitment team.
