Cover Supervisor

Your role:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects in the absence of the class teacher.

• Build positive relationships with students and staff, fostering a supportive classroom atmosphere.

• Effectively manage time and transitions to ensure engaged learning.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Cover Teacher, Cover Supervisor, or in a similar role is desirable.

• Strong classroom presence and ability to effectively manage behaviour.

• Excellent communication skills and adaptability across different year groups and subjects.

• A genuine interest in supporting young people in their education.

• A reliable and professional approach to work.
