This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, former teaching assistants, youth workers, sports coaches, or anyone with experience supporting young people.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Supporting students to complete set work and remain focused
- Building positive relationships with students and staff
- Maintaining a safe, productive, and inclusive learning environment
What We're Looking For
