Location: Luton & Surrounding Areas (LU1, LU2, LU3, LU4) Contract: Flexible / Full-Time / Term-Time

The Role: Leading the Next Generation
As a Cover Supervisor, you are the heartbeat of the school during staff absences. Your mission includes:
- Classroom Leadership: Managing student behaviour and maintaining a productive, safe, and positive learning atmosphere.
- Delivery of Learning: Facilitating pre-set lesson plans across various subjects—no subject-specific teaching is required, just great communication!
- Mentorship: Supporting students with their tasks and encouraging them to stay on track and reach their potential.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: A background working with children or young adults (coaching, youth work, tutoring, or volunteering).
- Presence: The "gravitas" to command a room and connect effectively with teenagers.
- Resilience: An adaptable "can-do" attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Eligibility: A degree or A-Levels are preferred. You must hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
