Job description

Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of digital innovators? A thriving secondary school in Rochdale is looking for a dynamic Computer Science Teacher to join their team this November.

This is a fantastic opportunity for both ECTs and experienced teachers who are ready to bring energy, creativity, and strong subject knowledge into the classroom.

The Role:

  • Teach engaging Computer Science lessons across KS3 & KS4

  • Plan and deliver lessons that bring coding, programming, and digital literacy to life

  • Inspire students to develop problem-solving skills and a love for technology

  • Contribute to the wider school community and departmental development

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
✅ Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science/ICT
✅ Excellent classroom and behaviour management
✅ Enthusiasm to motivate and challenge students of all abilities
✅ A team player who is proactive and driven

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
