Contract: Full-time, until Friday 27th March 2026

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Computer Science Teacher to join our vibrant secondary school in Preston from January 2026. This is a full-time position running until Friday 27th March 2026, offering an exciting opportunity to inspire and engage students in the ever-evolving world of technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Computer Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 if applicable).
  • Plan, prepare, and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
  • Contribute to the wider school community and departmental development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science and related technologies.
  • A passion for teaching and motivating young people to achieve their potential.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
