About the Role

As a Class Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
• Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning
• Assist pupils with varying abilities, including those with additional needs
• Help prepare classroom resources and learning materials
• Promote positive behaviour and a safe, inclusive environment
• Support assessment and pupil progress where required

Roles are available across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

✅ We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with primary-aged children (school experience desirable)
• A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
