The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified teacher with QTS (or pending QTS by September 2025)
- Have experience teaching in a primary setting (KS1 and/or KS2)
- Demonstrate high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to raising standards
- Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that meet the diverse needs of learners
- Show a clear understanding of assessment for learning and curriculum progression
- Possess excellent classroom management and organisational skills
- Be a reflective practitioner who is open to feedback and keen to develop professionally
- Value and promote positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
