Our Primary School in the Colne area is seeking a KS1 Teacher for a September 2025 start.
We are seeking a skilled and passionate KS1Teacher to join their team. As a dedicated KS1 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners.

Full-time Hours – (Monday to Friday)
Pay: £120 - £140 per day
Location: Colne, Lancashire
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Be a Qualified Class Teacher with experience in Primary Schools, specifically in KS1.
- Be hard-working, organised and committed to raising standards.
- Be able to demonstrate strong behaviour management skills.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment and experience.
- Have a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum, in order to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
- Set high expectations to enable children to achieve.
- Manage Teaching Assistants effectively.
- Use assessment strategies effectively.
- Immerse yourself into the school, promoting their ethos and building relationships with children, staff and families.
- Have a Qualified Teaching Status (QTS).
- Have effective behaviour management strategies.
- Enhanced DBS certificate.
- Experience supporting children with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
