Teaching Personnel are working closely with a secondary SEMH school in the Littlehampton area. The school are seeking for enthusiastic support workers who are able to deal with challenging behaviour as well as build strong relationships with the pupils. As a support worker you will be expected to support the pupils academically and socially.

About The Role:

You will be expected to support the pupils within the class, in-between class and on breaks and schools trips. It is important that you’re able to use your own initiative, the schools main focus is that their pupils are progressing and improving and will come down to the chosen support workers.

The school is a fantastic SEMH secondary school which is based in Littlehampton, the school is very academic and have a focus on pupils’ engagement within class. Every pupil will have a ECHP (Educational, Health, Care, Plan), the school are able to cater for the pupils needs as all staff will have some sort of experience within SEN/SEMH.

Additional Information:

-          Travel – Car/Bus

-          Hours – 8:30am – 15:30pm

-          Location - Littlehampton

-          Contract – Temp 2 Perm

-          Pay - £385-£400 per week

-          Experience – SEN/SEMH

-          Availability – Full-Time (Monday – Friday)

-          DBS – Child Only DBS
