Location: Carmarthenshire & Swansea
Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour (Paid Weekly via PAYE)
Hours: Monday to Friday | School Hours Only (No Evenings or Weekends)

Your Day-to-Day
- Supporting children and young people in a school environment
- Working 1:1 or in small groups to keep pupils engaged
- Helping manage behaviour in a calm, structured way
- Acting as a positive role model and trusted adult
- Supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
- Creating a safe, supportive, and encouraging atmosphere
No School Experience? No Problem.
We’re actively looking for people with transferable skills. If you’ve worked in any of the following, you already have what it takes:
- Youth work or mentoring
- Care / support work / residential care
- Coaching (sports, fitness, youth activities)
- Customer service or public-facing roles
- Security, military, or roles requiring resilience
- Psychology, education, or childcare backgrounds
- Volunteering with children or vulnerable individuals
