Your Day-to-Day

• Supporting children and young people in a school environment
• Working 1:1 or in small groups to keep pupils engaged
• Helping manage behaviour in a calm, structured way
• Acting as a positive role model and trusted adult
• Supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
• Creating a safe, supportive, and encouraging atmosphere

No School Experience? No Problem.

• Youth work or mentoring
• Care / support work / residential care
• Coaching (sports, fitness, youth activities)
• Customer service or public-facing roles
• Security, military, or roles requiring resilience
• Psychology, education, or childcare backgrounds
• Volunteering with children or vulnerable individuals
