Childcare Practitioner needed in Blackpool (FY2)

-          Nursery opportunity.

-          Term time and School Holiday working hours.

-          £11.85- £12.50.

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a mainstream Primary School in Blackpool who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Childcare Practitioner to join their reputable Nursery. The role is full-time and will begin after May half-term until the end of the academic year, however the view is to move onto a permanent contract depending on the school’s needs.

There is emphasis on providing tailored support for each individual child to encourage learning at their own pace and provide the correct resources to prepare children in the transition to Reception. The successful applicant may be required to support in Reception classes where needed.

The school hold their staff and pupils to high standards, so are looking for an individual who can uphold these values and shares their vision for excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and nurturing individual to be part of the Primary Schools Nursery, working as a member of a dedicated and experienced EYFS team.

Required:

-          Have experience working with children in a work based setting.

-          Be a nurturing and patient character.

-          Be able to build rapport with children and parents.

-          Be committed to your own growth and development.

Desired:

-          Have previous 1:1 support experience.

-          Have 1+ Years’ experience in working with children or young people.

-          Hold relevant Early Years qualification.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
