Haywards Heath
£360 - £460 per week
Full-Time | Temp to Perm | September Start

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a welcoming and supportive Primary SEND School in Haywards Heath that is seeking dedicated Child Support Workers to join their team from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for full-time work and who are passionate about supporting primary-aged pupils with additional needs. The role involves working closely with energetic and sporty boys who require support with their learning, development, and social engagement.

The pupils you will support have a range of needs, including:

  • Autism (ASC)

  • ADHD

  • Learning Difficulties

Role Details:

  • Full-time position

  • Hours: 8:40am – 3:55pm

  • Temp-to-perm opportunity

  • Weekly pay: £360 - £460

  • Car driver preferred due to the school's location

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting children or young people with Autism and/or ADHD

  • A positive, patient, and proactive attitude

  • Ability to build strong relationships and encourage engagement

  • Child Only Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
