The Role
As a Chemistry Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across Key Stages (KS3–KS4/KS5 as appropriate)
-
Bring chemistry to life through practical experiments, demonstrations, and real-world applications
-
Inspire students to think critically, ask questions, and develop a love for science
-
Use a range of teaching strategies to support and challenge learners of all abilities
-
Prepare students for assessments and examinations with confidence and clarity
-
Contribute to the development of an ambitious and forward-thinking science curriculum
-
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating laboratory environment
-
Work collaboratively with colleagues and actively contribute to school life
About You

Holds a relevant teaching qualification (or is working towards one)

Has strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for chemistry

Is creative, energetic, and committed to outstanding teaching and learning

Believes every student can succeed with the right support and encouragement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
