Job description

Teaching personnel are currently recruiting for a business and economics teacher for a school in Cardiff (CF23). This will be a full-time position starting September 1St with a GBP127-180 daily rate. The school is situated just off the M4 and A48 making it an ideal route for commuting.

Requirements for this role…

-          Degree in business studies/ Economics or a related subject

-          PGCE / QTS

-          Experience teaching KS3/KS4 and KS5 is preferred not essential

-          Ability to use ICT

Our school is a mixed 11-18 high school with over 1,400 pupils attending. Meaning that the school are focused on providing a safe community of learning for all pupils of different faiths and backgrounds. The school has a very high rate of academic success this is due to the school having the best level of pastoral care and support throughout. You will be provided with fully equipped classrooms and modern facilities to ensure that the best level of learning is taking place.

You will become apart of a dynamic and thriving workspace with a suite of 3 classrooms equipped with interactive projectors and access to laptops if needed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
