Business Studies Teacher
Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours
September - December (in the first istance)
£160 - £220 Per day
Job Duties:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons to students
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and development
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a dynamic and effective learning environment
- Stay updated on curriculum changes and educational best practises in the field of Business Studies
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Degree in Business Studies or related field
- Proven experience teaching Business Studies at the secondary level
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or related field
Experience:
Previous experience teaching Business Studies at the secondary level
Knowledge and Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of the Business Studies curriculum
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students in the learning process
- Organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage classroom activities
- Proficiency in using educational technology to enhance teaching and learning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education or Business Studies
- Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
- Work in a school setting, following the academic calendar
- Full-time hours, with occasional extracurricular activities or parent meetings
- Collaborative work environment with other teaching staff and school leadership

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
