BSL Level 3 Teaching Assistant

This is a full time 1:1 Teaching Assistant role that will be going onto a full time contract after a probationary period. 

With a fantastic pay rate of between GBP57-GBP65 per day.

A vacancy in one of our Secondary Comprehensive Schools has arisen for an enthusiastic and well motivated Teaching Assistant, who has BSL Level 3. The individual must be passionate about children’s learning and be able to work on a 1:1 basis. If you have the patience and ability to communicate well, to help children reach their potential and are someone who has experience of working in an educational setting then please get in touch.

The successful candidate will:

• Have BSL Level 3 
• Have a DBS on the update service (This can be done through Teaching Personnel) 
• Be registered with the EWC (This can be done through Teaching Personnel) 
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills when communicating with staff, children and parents.
• Demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
• Have confidence and be able to use initiative and make quick decisions 
• Have a positive, hard working attitude and be willing to go that extra mile.
• Have the ability to reflect on own practice.
