Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a dedicated and dynamic Biology Teacher to join one of our successful partner secondary schools in Cardiff from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire the next generation of scientists in a supportive and well-resourced school environment.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective Biology lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS3–KS4)
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in line with school policies
- Contribute to the wider school community and participate in departmental meetings
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports pupil development
Requirements:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential
- NQT’s encouraged to apply
- Specialism in Biology or related science subject
- Experience teaching in a UK secondary school environment
- Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching science
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
