Biology Teacher required - Northumberland school

  • Northumberland School requires Biology Teacher
  • Initially for 1/2 half term
  • Competitive rate of pay

Are you a qualified Biology teacher looking for work in Northumberland from October 2016? Our partnership school in coastal Northumberland have a temporary post for a Biology teacher. This is initially a temporary post for the first term, all Biology teachers are welcome to apply for this position including NQTS. NQTs will be supported with their induction year.

*Biology teacher position, Northumberland school

*Supportive team of Science teachers, induction support for NQT

*All Biology teachers welcome to apply regardless of experience

*KS3 and GCSE Biology teaching experience essential

*Initial supply appointment until Christmas

The Biology teacher joining the Science department will benefit from modern, state of the art facilities. You will be a Biology teacher who motivates children and delivers well planned lessons to meet the varying ability levels, whilst also holding good behavioural management skills. Biology teacher, you will have a fantastic record of teaching and academic success. The school is based on the east coast of Northumberland and easily accessible from the A19 making travel from the surrounding areas of Northumberland as well as Newcastle, North Tyneside and South Tyneside possible . Previous experience teaching the AQA spec for GCSE is a desirable
