**Behaviour role**

**Monday - Thursday**

**To start 4/3/2019**

Teaching Personnel are looking for a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to work with a pupil in Year 5 for a behaviour role in a client Primary School in the Usk area. The ideal candidate will be someone who has good behaviour management and can provide 1:1 handover to parents. Experience and Team Teach is preferred but not essential.

The successful candidate will start on the 4th of March 2019, and work from 8:30am - 3:30pm.

The ideal candidate is somebody who:

• Is able to start on short notice.
• Has relevant experience in a childcare and/or classroom environment.
• Strong behavioural management or experience working with challenging children.
• Is able to be adaptable to various circumstances.
• Positive, patient and energetic.
• The passion to make a real difference.

Applicants must :

• Have the legal right to work in the UK
• Hold a Child Workforce Only DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one full assistance provided)
• Be registered with the Education Workforce Council (compulsory requirement in Wales) - please note that if you are living in England, you can still register with the EWC which will give you the opportunity to work on both sides of the border
• Provide at least two professional or character references
• Be available to interview and/or trial asap
