We’re looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Worker to join a dedicated team in Blackburn. This full-time, long-term role offers consistent hours from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience working in behaviour support, preferably within alternative provision or similar educational settings

  • Strong knowledge of behaviour management strategies and techniques

  • Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills

  • Ability to stay calm and consistent in challenging situations

  • Reliable, professional, and committed to promoting positive behaviour and outcomes
