This role is ideal for individuals with experience in school or childcare environments, especially those with a background in behaviour management. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide behaviour support for students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

• Help develop and implement behaviour management strategies tailored to individual students.

• Support the class teacher in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.

• Work with a diverse group of students, fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a school or childcare environment is advantageous, especially in behaviour management.

• GCSE English and Maths (C or above).

• A genuine passion for working with children and a desire to make a real impact in their lives.

• No prior sector experience? No problem! We welcome candidates with transferrable skills and the eagerness to grow in this field.

Pay: £90 – £110 per day, depending on experience.
