Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant – Thurrock

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in school or childcare environments, especially those with a background in behaviour management. However, we are also open to candidates with transferrable skills and a strong desire to progress their career in this rewarding field.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide behaviour support for students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Help develop and implement behaviour management strategies tailored to individual students.

Support the class teacher in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.

Work with a diverse group of students, fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a school or childcare environment is advantageous, especially in behaviour management.

GCSE English and Maths (C or above).

A genuine passion for working with children and a desire to make a real impact in their lives.

No prior sector experience? No problem! We welcome candidates with transferrable skills and the eagerness to grow in this field.

Pay: £90 – £110 per day, depending on experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
