Behaviour Support Assistant

Job description

An outstanding school in Skelmersdale are seeking a Teaching Assistant. 
The role will involve supporting pupils with ASC, SEMH and associated learning and / or behavioural difficulties in the classroom.
Class sizes are small and there will be a Teacher and other TA's in the classroom to offer assistance.
You will ideally have experience supporting young people with SEN and have the confidence to manage challenging behaviour appropriately.
The role is full-time, 32.5 hours per week and will involve you working 'til 4pm (mon-weds), with an earlier finish on Thurs and Fri.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
