Teaching Personnel work with a number of Schools across the Lancashire area and I specifically, work with the SEN and SEMH provisions.
We recruit a number of staff on a short term, long term and permanent basis for our partner schools and work hard to find the right 'match' between school and candidate.
One of the schools I work with, in the Chorley, Lancashire area, is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to work with pupils across KS3 / 4 who have SEMH Difficulties and often display challenging behaviours.
The school is smaller than average and caters specifically for those with SEN or SEMH difficulties. The school is based on the outskirts of chorley and candidate with experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviours will be ideal for this role.
The candidate will have a background in working with pupils who have additional needs, pupils who display challenging behaviours and be empathetic, resilient, hard working and compassionate towards the needs of the pupils.
Pay for this role will be negotiable based upon experience, GBP65 - 75 per day on average.
