Teaching Personnel are seeking a candidate who is passionate about working in Education or has a background of working with pupils with challenging behaviour. A closely linked school have asked Teaching Personnel to find a suitable candidate to start with a year 9 pupil in September. You will be required to help the pupil during lessons and make sure his behaviour is at a suitable level for school.

An established school based in Bristol are looking for a behaviour mentor/LSA for September 2019 to work with a pupil with challenging behaviour and other additional needs. A lot of these students have a challenging background and are in need of some significant support to help grow their self esteem and confidence.
The school prides itself on creating a nurturing and stimulating environment. They are looking for someone to be committed and enthusiastic in order to establish positive relationships with this student and offer support to regulate their feelings. It is key to maintain high expectations of students to access their learning and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Candidate requirements:
- Have the ability to maintain a professional manor when with the pupil
- Provide support when asked and be empathetic
- Have a child work force DBS on the update service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
