Teaching Personnel are currently working with an outstanding Oldham based school, seeking a full-time behaviour support assistant. In this role you will be required to engage with students, support them on 1:1 and help in isolation between KS3 and KS4. You may also be asked to support pupils in classroom settings, with work set.
Previous school experience is required, as you will be supporting individuals across all year groups. You will receive support within the role across all departments and progression opportunities along the way. In this role, you will also develop many lifelong skills, beneficial in any future role.
Our Oldham based school is central, meaning it is accessible to main public transport methods and you will also have access to on-site parking.
Main duties:
- 1:1 support with pupils
- Feedback observations to teachers daily
- Able to work across a range of departments and year groups
- Have strong communication and behaviour support skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
