In particular, the schools are seeking candidates that are experienced in supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. There are full-time, part-time and day to day positions available as each school has different requirements.

Ideal applicants will have experience working with challenging behaviour in a mainstream classroom setting / alternative provision or PRU.

Other desirable qualities include:

• Team Teach trained
• Excellent behaviour management / Confidence
• Flexibility
• Transferrable experience (i.e. youth / social worker)
